This Gothic revival house also displays some elements of the slightly later Italianate style.  Gothic elements include the tall, front facing gable; the decorative gingerbread on the rake of the gable; and the open eaves.  The window shapes and trim are Italianate characteristics.  The shutters and classical front porch are later modifications.  Click here for an older picture with a different color scheme.
