This house has all the classic features of the Italianate style: tall, narrow window shape; decorative moulding over the windows; bracketed eaves; and a low pitched hipped roof.
Referred to as the Seabury - Cottsworth house in a history of the Hills house by one of the Hills children. Per research by Jack Lesiak, the Cottsworths didn't move in here until 1911.
