The Booth house as constructed was an extensive remodeling and addition to an existing structure.  The living spaces of the house are large; the living room is 36 feet long and off of that a porch (now enclosed) extends that another 28 feet.  Additional bedrooms are on the second floor and the third floor contains a roof garden and screened sleeping porch.

Booth was Wright's attorney; he comissioned Wright to design the housing developement of which this is a part.
