| Address: | 350 Fairbanks Road, Riverside |
| Year Built: | 1912 |
The Coonleys were very interested in education, they commissioned Wright to design this playhouse for their daughter and other neighborhood children.
The plan of the playhouse is cruciform: large assembly room in the center with a stage and fireplace at the back, a kitchen and workshop off to either side. The building has been converted to a residence. The original art glass has been removed and is now in the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. Replicas of the original art glass have since been installed.
