| Original Owner: | George Fabyan |
| Address: | 1511 Batavia Road, Geneva |
| Year Built: | 1907 |
Wright met Colonel Fabyan while he was completing two other commissions in the area, the Hoyt and Gridley houses. Soon, Fabyan commissioned Wright for two designs, the Fox River Country Club (destroyed by fire in 1910) and a remodelling of his own home.
Wright's remodelling of Fabyan's home left little trace of the original structure. Large verandas overlook the nearby Fox River; these have been restored in recent years by the Friends of Fabyan, who also conduct tours through the house.
