	The original Kennedy estate on Kenilworth Avenue has been subdivided into 5 homes, this structure was originally the Kennedy coach house.  It was converted into a private residence in 1944.  Set far back from Elizabeth Court, the house retains an ample degree of privacy.  The bricks that pave the entrance to the house were taken from Harlem Avenue.  Several other coach houses in this area were converted into private residences.
