ust one block east of Frank Lloyd Wright's Forest Avenue Home and Studio, Kenilworth Avenue is comprised of a mixture of impressive Victorian mansions and later homes which show the influence of Wright's Prairie style in the early 20th century.  Elizabeth Court is a picturesque, one-block long street - the only curved street in Oak Park.  Local legend has it that at one time the village proposed to straighten it, but quickly relented after vocal protests from the residents.  Walking down Elizabeth Court today is like journeying back a hundred years in time.
