Neils Address: 2801 Burnham Boulevard, Minneapolis Year Built 1950 Mr Neils was a stone and architectural metals distributor, which perhaps accounts for the unusual types of stone used in this house and aluminum window framing. The plan is unusual in that the living room view is to one side of the main axis, while the bedrooms look out on the other side.
Neils daughter, Patricia, married Cedric Boulter and built a Wright designed home in Cincinnati in 1954.
