Building Name/Owner: Suntop Homes Location: 152, 154, 156 Sutton Rd; 307 E. Spring Rd, Ardmore PA Year Built: 1938 These homes were commissioned by Otto Tod Mallory of the Tod Company. Originally four of the structures were to be built, but local residents protested and the remaining three were never built.
The building houses four families and is divided into quadrents. Each unit contains a utilities basement; first floor with carport and living room; second floor with dining room, workspace and master bedroom; and the roof level "suntop", a terrace protected with a high wall, and additional bedrooms.
