People's Savings Bank
Cedar Rapids, IA
1912

The exterior design of this bank is much simpler than most of Sullivan's other banks, but the interior features murals by Allen Philbrick, clerestory art glass windows, and other rich decoration.

The building was operated by Wells Fargo, but was severely damaged by the Iowa Floods of 2008, and is currently closed.  A levee to protect Cedar Rapids from flooding has been proposed; if the plan is adopted this may force the demolition of this building.
