This is another example of the pre-cut houses manufactured by the Arthur L. Richards company.  It is simlar to other bungalows in Milwaukee and the Chicago suburbs.  This is the second house Wright built for Mr. Hunt, there is a previous design for him in LaGrange, IL.  This is an unusual house for the Richards system houses; since the owner had more substantial means the house is larger, on a more subtantial lot, and with more elaborate art glass.
